NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Sunbury Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area In accordance with Section 4301.82(C) of the Ohio Revised Code, the Sunbury City Council will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, 3rd Floor, 51 E. Cherry Street, Sunbury, Ohio 43074 regarding an application by the Sunbury City Manager to establish a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area ("DORA"). A copy of the DORA application is on file with the Clerk of Council of the City of Sunbury at the Sunbury Municipal Building, 9 E. Granville Street, Sunbury, Ohio 43074.
