NOTICE OF HEARING FOR PUBLICATION IN A NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL CIRCULATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Be it known that a Complaint in reference to Christopher Harmon, Case 26 06 1314 AB, has been filed in Delaware County Common Pleas Court, Juvenile Division. The person to be served by this notice is Alleged Father, Christopher Harmon, Sr., last known address of 3876 Cleveland Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43224 in Franklin County, State of Ohio, or anyone claiming to be the father of Christopher Harmon. Mother's name is Ashley Music. They should take notice that a Complaint has been filed in Delaware County Juvenile Court, Delaware, Ohio 43015, alleging that Christopher is neglected and dependent, and containing a request for a disposition of Temporary Custody to the Department of Job and Family Services. Said Complaint will come on for Trial on August 10, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., in the Delaware County Juvenile Court, 145 North Union Street, Delaware, Ohio. The biological father is ordered to appear before said Court on said date and show cause why the Complaint for Neglect and Dependency, and Temporary Custody, should not be granted.
