NOTICE OF HEARING FOR PUBLICATION IN A NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL CIRCULATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Be it known that a Complaint in reference to Rylynn O’Neal, Case 25-03-0806 AB, has been filed in Delaware County Common Pleas Court, Juvenile Division. The person to be served by this notice is Darnell Jordan “Freeman” Jr., currently residing 1038 Gilsey Ave Apt 4, Cincinnati, OH 45205in Hamilton County, State of Ohio, or anyone claiming to be the father of Rylynn O’Neal. Mother’s name is Mersadiez Oneal. They should take notice that a Complaint has been filed in Delaware County Juvenile Court, Delaware, Ohio 43015, alleging that Rylynn is abused, neglected, and dependent, and containing a request for a disposition of Temporary Custody to the Department of Job and Family Services. Said Complaint will come on for Trial on May 19, 2025 2023 at 9:00 a.m., in the Delaware County Juvenile Court, 145 North Union Street, Delaware, Ohio. The biological father is ordered to appear before said Court on said date and show cause why the Complaint for Abuse, Neglect, and Dependency, and Temporary Custody, should not be granted. Failure to appear may result in a judgment adverse to your interests, may affect your parental rights, and may result in the loss of legal and physical custody of your child on a npermanent basis. Any party is entitled to a lawyer in all proceedings in Juvenile Court. If a party cannot afford a lawyer and meets certain requirements, the Court will appoint one upon request.
