Legal Notice The Brown Township Zoning Commission (BTZC) periodically reviews the Brown Township Zoning Resolution to update the document. In the past, amendments have been brought forward as a complete document with proposed changes. For this review cycle, the BTZC members are bringing selected articles to the Trustees as they proceed. The BTZC are moving forward with an addition to Article 7 Farm Residence District (FR-1) for Short-Term Rentals and a revised Article 14 Planned Commercial and Office District (PC). The BTZC will hold a public hearing on these proposed changes at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at the Brown Township Hall, 5555 State Route 521, Delaware, Ohio 43015, to provide opportunity for public comment on the proposed changes. Please note, this notice is to reschedule a meeting originally set for June 5, 2025, but was postponed.
