Drew E. Lowe, et al., Case No. 26 CV E 01 0148, in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Ohio, 117 N. Union Street, 400 Level, P.O. Box 8006, Delaware, OH 43015, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Drew E. Lowe and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Drew E. Lowe is unknown to the Plaintiff and have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 2298 N. Three B's and K Road, Sunbury, OH 43074 and known as Parcel Number 517-300-01-089-002 . A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Delaware County Auditor's Office, located at 145 N. Union Street, Delaware, OH 43015. You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for three consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on June 27, 2026.
