NOTICE OF EXPANSION SUNBURY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREA Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2025.24 adopted by the City Council of the City of Sunbury, Ohio (the “Council”) on July 30, 2025, the Council has approved expanding its Community Reinvestment Area (Number 041-75602-1). The ordinance and other supporting documents, including a map of the expanded area, are on file in the Office of the Clerk of Council, located at 9 East Granville Street, Sunbury, Ohio 43074, and are available for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours.
