The bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid or a certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. In addition to the Bid Security, a Performance Bond is required for this project in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total project cost. Furthermore, due to tree clearing restrictions imposed upon this project, ALL tree clearing activities must occur on or before March 31, 2026.
