NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SUNBURY NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY The Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Sunbury New Community Authority (the “NCA”) will hold an organizational meeting on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at 51 E. Cherry Street, 3rd Floor, Sunbury, Ohio 43074. The purposes of the meeting are: (i) to add property to the NCA, (ii) to levy a charge on improvements in the NCA, (iii) to authorize the signing of financing documents, and (iv) to consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board.
