NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF SHAWNEE HILLS COUNCIL Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of Ohio Revised Code (R.C.) Section 715.72 that the Village Council of Shawnee Hills, Delaware County, Ohio, will hold a public hearing on July 14, 2025, at 7:00 pm 9484 Dublin Rd. Shawnee Hills, Ohio. The purpose of the public hearing will be to hear public comments on the creation of the Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) with the Village of Shawnee Hills, Concord Township and Berlin Township, Delaware County, Ohio, which district is designated Berlin-Concord-Shawnee Hills Joint Economic Development District No. 1. The proposed contract agreement for said Joint Economic Development District with exhibits thereto, and all other documentation required by law, are available to the public at the office of the Shawnee Hills Fiscal Officer, 9484 Dublin Rd. Shawnee Hills Ohio, during normal business hours in accordance with R.C. 715.72(D)(2). The public hearing shall further allow public comments and recommendations on the contract creating the JEDD District in accordance with the provisions of R.C. 715.72(C)(1). June 11, 2025 1T 90208252
