NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Resolution No. 2025.19 adopted by the City Council of the City of Sunbury, Ohio (the “Council”) on July 16, 2025, the Council will hold a public hearing on August 6, 2025 at 7:30pm in the City Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the Town Hall at 51 East Cherry Street, Sunbury, Ohio 43074 on the application (the “Application”) of the City, in its capacity as a “developer” within the meaning of Ohio Revised Code Section 349.01(E), and Sunbury Family Farms, LLC and Woodland Lakes Properties, LLC as the owners of real property described by the Application, to add such property to the Sunbury New Community Authority District (the “District”), a new community district established pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 349, and to amend the original petition (the “Petition”) establishing the District and the Sunbury New Community Authority. The Resolution of Sufficiency, the Application, and the Petition are each on file in the Office of the Clerk of Council, located at 9 East Granville Street, Sunbury, Ohio 43074, and are available for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours.
