NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Treasurer of the Delaware City Schools District located at 74 W. William Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015, until 2:00 p.m. local time on June 16, 2025 for the project known as Transportation Center Paving 2025 at the district Transportation Center, 2462 Liberty Road. Delaware, OH 43015. Each Bid requires the bidders to supply their bids for all of their means and methods to fully complete the project as offered to include but not limited to, furnishing the equipment and materials as specified, providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, etc. and any other services or incidentals pertaining to the installation and full in use operation of the equipment and materials and shall be in full compliance with the Bid Specifications, project documents, pre-bid conference and any addenda issued before the bids are opened for the project known as Transportation Center Paving 2025. Bids will be opened publicly on June 16, 2025 beginning at 2:00 p.m., at the Delaware City Schools Administration Building located at 74 W. William St., Delaware, Ohio, 43015 and read publicly at that time. A PREBID CONFERENCE, which is, considered by the Owner, a necessity for all bidders to attend with the Owner, is incorporated into and as part of the Public Bid requirements. Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on June 5, 2025, at the Transportation Center, 2462 Liberty Road, Delaware, Ohio. This will include a visit to the site with the Owner to inspect the areas for work as specified, observe the conditions, and address any other issues for your clarification that pertain to the bidding on the proposed project. NOTE: The minutes of the Pre-Bid meeting and any Addenda will be part of this Public Bid offering for this project. Copies of the Public Bid Documents for the Project including, equipment specifications, etc., are available through Jason Sherman, Director of Facilities, 74 W. William St., Delaware, Ohio, 43015. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty / Performance Bond for the full amount of the Bid, including all alternate bid options, or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid amount shall be the amount of all sums bid, including any add alternate bid options. Bids shall be sealed in an opaque envelope plainly marked on the outside with the title of the Project name Transportation Center Paving 2025 and the full legal name of the Bidder printed legibly and clearly in the upper left hand corner, and addressed to: Jill Corwin Office of the Treasurer Delaware City Schools 74 West William Street Delaware, Ohio 43015 No Bidder may withdraw its Bid within ninety (90) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
