NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Delaware County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 9:45 a.m. on Thursday June 12, 2025, at the Office of the Board, 91 North Sandusky Street, Delaware, Second Floor, Ohio 43015 on the applications of Concord/Scioto Development, LLC to add certain parcels of real property to the Concord/Scioto New Community Authority and to amend the original petition establishing the Authority. The Resolution Determining Sufficiency of the Applications, the Applications, and the Original Petition are each on file in the office of the Board and available for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours.
