The Delaware Public Health District Board of Health regular meetings and committee meetings will take place at the Delaware Public Health District at 470 S. Sandusky Street, Delaware, OH. The Board of Health meetings are the last Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm except the March meeting will take place on March 18, 2025 and the November and December meetings are combined and take place on the second Tuesday of December. The standing committee meetings are as follows: Variance/Subdivision: Second Wednesday 6:00pm on an as-needed basis. Meeting information will be posted on agency website. Finance: Last Tuesday 6:00pm on an as-needed basis. Meeting information will be posted on agency website. Personnel: Scheduled on an as needed basis. Meeting information will be posted on agency website. Nominations: Annually in February if needed. Meeting information will be posted on agency website at DelawareHealth.org Special meeting information will be posted on the agency website. News media that requests notification will receive twenty-four (24) hours’ notice of a special meeting. In the event of an emergency meeting, news media that requested notification will receive notice of the time, place, and purpose of the emergency meeting. Notice of cancellation of any of the Board of Health meetings and/or committee meetings will be posted on the Delaware Public Health District’s website at DelawareHealth.org. Any person, upon written request, may obtain reasonable advance notification of all meetings of the Board, any standing committee of the Board, or any advisory committee of the Board at which any specific type of public business is to be discussed.
