Preservation Park of Delaware County Legal Advertisement Architectural and Engineering Design Services for Hickory Woods Park, Request for Qualifications Sealed qualification statements will be received at the main offices of PRESERVATION PARKS OF DELAWARE COUNTY, located in Hogback Ridge Park, 2656 Hogback Road, Sunbury, Ohio 43074 until 3:00pm local time on January 31, 2025 , for the Architectural and Engineering Design Services for the Hickory Woods Park Shelter, Playground, Wetlands, and Boardwalk. Preservation Parks ("Owner") is seeking architecture and engineering professional services for the design of Hickory Woods Park improvements located on Preservation Parks owned property at 1271 Pollock Road Delaware, OH 43015 This project consists of preparing final site design, architectural and engineering construction documents & specifications for a three-season shelter with restrooms; playground, wetland, boardwalk; associated walkways; site grading, stormwater management; and necessary utilities.
