BERLIN TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Berlin Township Zoning Commission will hold a meeting for the purpose of a public hearing January 14, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Berlin Township Hall located at 3271 Cheshire Road, Delaware, OH 43015 to consider an application to amend an approved Preliminary Development Plan, designated as BZC 16-001, amendment #3, filed by Bavelis Zenios Development (BZD), P.O. Box 278, Lewis Center, OH 43035. The applicant has been asked to amend the location of the Planned Commercial District and Planned Residential District pursuant to the agreement made by Delaware County and Berlin Township to not re-align Piatt and Hollenback Road as approve in their Preliminary Development Plan, ±57.62 acres, Parcels #41834001053000, & 41834001055000, Piatt Road West, Lewis Center, OH 43035 for subdivision Ravinia at Evans Farm, formally known as Evans Farm.
