NOTICE DATE, TIME, AND PLACE FOR THE FINAL PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE VIENOT #23 WATERSHED DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Notice is hereby given that the Delaware County Engineer has filed with the Clerk of the Board the plans, reports, and schedules for the construction of the Vienot #23 Watershed Drainage Improvement Project. The proposed project is located in Concord Township and Delaware Township, within the Vienot #23 Watershed and generally following, but not limited to, the course and termini of the existing improvements. The nature of the proposed project is to generally improve the drainage, both surface and subsurface to a good and sufficient outlet, by replacing, repairing or altering the existing improvements as required and/or creating new surface and subsurface drainage mains or laterals as requested in the petition. Notice is hereby given that the Board will conduct the final hearing on the report of the County Engineer, and on the proceedings for the improvement, on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 10:00A.M., at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, 91 North Sandusky Street Delaware, Ohio. The Board shall also hear any evidence offered by any owner for or against the granting of the proposed improvement at this hearing. If the petition is approved, all costs of engineering, construction and future maintenance will be assessed to the benefiting parcels of land. Should any participant require auxiliary aids due to disability or non-English languages, please contact this office no later than 5:00P.M. on October 5, 2026, to ensure needs will be accommodated.
