NOTICE ATTENTION: Tyler Frink . You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled First Commonwealth Bank v. Tyler Frink, Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, Case No. 25 CV H 12 1441. The Complaint filed against you concerns the breach of your Seller Assisted Loan Agreement with Plaintiff and continued possession of Plaintiff's collateral vehicle. You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice. This notice will be published once a week for six successive weeks.
