Old 3C Hwy., Westerville, Ohio 43082 to hear the following: ELIZABETH ANN BERLIN TRUST VIA DREW BERLIN REQUESTING APPROVAL OF A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 0.077 ACRES LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST PORTION OF 6870 FLEUR DRIVE (PIN 31724001013000) FROM PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (PRD) TO RURAL RESIDENTIAL (RR), ZC CASE NO. 2026-01.
